I got laid off recently because my manager didn't like me for some reason. She was very insecure of herself. Not management material, but ended up sc--wing up my career. Sigh..
You can see them announcing on LinkedIn as they write their desperate love letters to Ford "reflecting on their career". Rather, its....'yep, Ford kicked me to the curb and I need another job because I started having kids at 45 and I'm up a creek without a paycheck'.
I heard it's only in the bracket group.
