oh, pleeeeeazzze....

yawn, snore.

A n-p and tuck here and there.

Nothing material.

And you think it matters to them.

Wake the F up and grow a pair. Your employer is not your Nanny.

It's a puppy mill. A paycheck. Nothing more. If you are truly worried, then get into some serious a$$-ki$$ing or skill up to find employment elsewhere.

This place ain't that great, anyway. No leadership, just pysco-phants.

they don't owe you j@cksh!t and they know it.

You have 2 choices:

  1. Either su-k it up and put up with your cr@ppy manager and cr@ppy day. Every day. And pray for a package. (bless your heart)
    OR!!!!...
  2. Find a better place, leave on your own steam, and have a happy life.

for those who said its cr-p, the 10% cut is occurring. GMT severely impacted. Lost multiple Directors, AVPs and VPs in the teams. It happened on Thu and Fri. Wanted to say bye to several people but looks like folks lost access immediately. It is real. Surprisingly no contractors were touched. Only employees were RIFd this round.
Our whole team LOB is demoralized. Hopefully its over.

Not according to the CEO in today’s investor meeting in Boston. In fact quite the opposite is coming. Growth! Go read it yourself, the comments are online.

So…take your 10% and shove it.

@dh You didn’t hear cr-p, and we all know it.

Exactly! If all of these “insider” predictions had come true, this bank would not be in the $1 Trillion club anymore. It wouldn’t have the people to support and execute on the lines of business that are required to be at this altitude. Anything less than growth, and shareholders will show management the door. And you can never grow by shrinking. Period.

But hey, lay me off. I’ll gladly take the package and a much needed rest for a couple of months before reengaging the market with someone else on a current compensation package. Or, await your phone call to return after realizing you’re mistake, plus 60% raise. Let’s do this!!

I also heard this from a very reliable source. It's hilarious to me all of the people who say oh this is cr-p, this is a lie... when the economy is clearly about to die. Oh it can't happen to me, until it does.

And then they realize maybe they should have had more than $1000 in their savings account for this moment. Pathetic.

This is truly a useless website full of cr-p. I think these posts are being made by the website owners to generate revenue via interaction counts.
