Anyone see the new survey? Last q, asking if folks expect to stay for next 12 months. Seems like they are using for tracking to gauge layoffs?

Deleting. I was really on the fence about it, but she showed us that she does not give a sh-t about anything we have to say. She'll just laugh at it and go "nonsense". The best way to get the point across is to not engage.
So....after today's call, will we be deleting survey or answering will full transparency? Would it be better to have the lowest ttus engagement score ever?
Every time I see TTUS all I can think about are tight shirts and bikini tops. Can we just call it the survey or something? I'm ho--y enough as it is.

Play the game. Say yes to that id--tic 12 month question irrespective of whether you plan to stay or jump.
I've stopped taking the survey because it's so apparent they only track engagement. If they cared about what was in it RTO wouldn't have been implemented. That was the tell tale sign for me that they're not actually listening and I will not feed into their bullsh-t engagement stats. I feel bad because I genuinely like my manager but I'm not taking a survey that's not actually anonymous nor does it do anything good.
For the past 3 years, the TTUS has basically been a way for senior leadership to target people. Your responses aren’t anonymous, and you’re being scored, good or bad… based on what you say. Best move: just delete the survey when it shows up.
Managers get graded on response rate. No one cares what you say. Management does everything possible to make everyone unhappy and they are super proud of that. It accomplishes nothing.
Do not take the surveys. It’s a trap!

If someone could demonstrate that the company represented this as an anonymous survey, and then took steps to identify participants and retaliate against them, then might not legal repercussions ensue? If actual evidence could be provided then perhaps a class action suit could be brought.
Agree with other posters, do not respond to TTUS.
In the department I recently left, the participation in the last TTUS was only 20 pct. Much less than all of the other departments. People have given up believing anything they say matters.
12 month question is a search for a damage cap as they start terminating/discriminating against the protected classes of employees, figuring they were leaving anyway, to think that TTUS is anonymous is laughable now
The TTUS survey has been a joke for years. Honestly, the best use of it is the delete button. It says everything about our leadership, non-performing and out of touch.
Ignore and delete TTUS for best results. No action speaks loudly
