No date given but our manager just let us know that we will be hybrid. 3 days in office/2 days home one week and 2 days office/3 days home the next and this alternates. Said this will be revisited at end of October to see if any changes. Our team is claims in Hudson.

@nqg+1a2XIJGE That is okay! Thank you for sharing what you know! Unfortunately I was not home based prior to this, so I will be looking for other remote opportunities. I know WFH isn’t for everyone, but I really enjoyed it. Therefore Allstate won’t be a fit for me anymore.
@ekw Sorry but I do not know about other areas in Hudson or even the other groups in Hudson claims. All managers company wide were told a week or two ago but they are not supposed to say anything yet. Our manager is pretty transparent and told us off the record. The assumption is if you were in office in Hudson before all this mess that you are likely hybrid but again not certain on that.
What about other departments in the Hudson building? ASIC? RMBC?

What is a WARN announcement ? I’m not familiar with this acronym.
It will definitely be revisited when the next WARN announcement comes out in the next 6-8 weeks.
What is the point really other than to track you in the building and justify their HR and time lock systems. Surveillance and data grabs.
