I left 3 years ago but I’m just wondering what it’s like to be a manager/ hr person for merchandiser pay lol

@r9 How's it gonna work then for all the people already making way more than that? Hopefully they'll let people that want to GTFO of here, go. I cannot stand it here. They ruined this company, it's embarrassing to work here, and they are all too stupid to notice.
Considering the average ftow stays about a month should tell you how bad it su-ks
@r9 they aren’t getting those bonuses!
I made 70k last year hardly working 40 hours 9-5 sitting at a desk. I'm glad I no longer work for for Mondelez.
Nobody will hit bonus. They sell you on bonus but make it basically impossible to hit
If you have good people it can be not as bad, unfortunately i have 2 new people and one decent ftow. MOW i should say now….. you have to sell, train, coach and fill out coaching forms, get up rollbacks at Walmart, do scheduling, do payroll, do stupid meetings with DM who sits at home and does really nothing but bombard you with emails and tells you what you need to get done, you’re not supposed to write orders so you cringe while new people do your stores when you can’t be with them, make sure they do their end caps and dmi right, live with the heart palpitations and anxiety on your free time before the next day starts…. Pretty much the jist of it
It’s like three years ago only three years worst! Take those salaries and break them down by the hour, likely minimum wage! And while you are getting minimum wage, you get treated like cr-p.💩
Low level manager (RMS) pay starts at 64k with 15% bonus and a car.
RTMS are around 55k + 20% bonus and a car.
District managers are almost all breaking 100k after bonus… with a car.
