I have a legal case against Truist. I’ve chosen not to act yet out of fairness and decency. But if I’m ever fired or laid off, I will sue, and the misconduct documented—complete with dates and times—will be exposed. Others involved will be held accountable, most likely fired, and the story will reach the local news in Truist’s hub cities. You’ve been warned.

@we- This is not called out enough! A lot of those hBBT managers are probably the ones on here trolling.... real sadistic! It's amazing to see the hSTI teammates they pushed out using those disgusting tactics flourish at other institutions. What goes around does comes around. Their day of reckoning is on the way if not here already.

@qv That is a common thing here. I've witnessed managers do horrible, criminal things to teammates behind their back. The Zersetzung is strong with many managers. They will deliberately and/or incompetently play mind games with others for no reason or gain other than their own sadism fulfillment. I don't know if it makes them "feel" powerful or "above" but their immediate response to it being pointed out or countered is to accuse the teammate of mental instability which is nonexistent or a normal, natural response to such treatment. The gaslighting and insecurity games was a common trend with hBBT managers who were insecure and afraid off their hSTI counterparts. It is truly insane that it continues to persist after MOE completed.

Any attorney or LEO worth their salt could retire off of taking these people to task.

@qe - I honestly don’t understand why you’re posting stories here pretending to be someone else. As a manager, only you would have access to that kind of information, so it’s pretty clear who’s behind it. I’m honestly shocked, and it feels like you’re trying to manipulate the situation by pulling something like this. It’s honestly pretty sad. You really should consider getting help—mental health medication might be a good place to start. It seems like you’re posting on this forum constantly, like every hour of every day, 24/7/365 and that’s just not healthy. You’re accusing others of needing to protect their mental health, but it’s painfully obvious that you’re the one with some serious issues to work through.

@a3 - Looks like I’ll be getting a pretty decent settlement, and someone’s definitely losing their job over this. If Truist keeps treating their employees like dirt, this is exactly what they can expect. Gotta fight fire with fire sometimes.
