I was laid off about a year ago and haven't visited here since then. But as I just marked my anniversary of freedom from AIG, I got curious to see if things have improved any since I left. A year ago, morale was so terrible that more people were thinking of leaving the company than staying. Has that changed for better? Or have things gotten worse?

Funny. It's good to work for unless you're below grade 24. Watch how many folks leave after STI. It will be quite a few. Several companies in my area are looking for IT folks and five the leadership and messaging, why on earth would you stay?
The ranking wasn't based on folks who work here, that much is certain..

Very Negative board! Stock price is at 39.12 Up Up Up. They must be doing something correct. More Lay offs now since most of the workers have nothing to do.
Aig is great, if you’re management like gets paid off or leaves you have zero work for 6 months min. That being said you don’t learn new things, no budget for anything, no raise besides bs title.
You can become head of something in 3 years time simply being in the right place at the right time.

I have worked for AIG for 25 years and love it. Yes we have had a few problems but Management is taking care of those issues. soon we will be back at work writing new business and growing the comapny worldwide.
It is the best it has been in years. They take care of you at AIG.

you must not follow AIG. It is ranked one of the top companies to work for in 2020.
