With quiet firings, quiet layoffs, departures, my team’s boulders include entire teams have left and surviving employees tell us “no one has done that work for Q1 and Q2.” Great place to work? Just a lot more work and dysfunction that suggests purposeful lack of adequate resourcing for internal controls…

Pass the buck is the motto here. Not seeing any resemblance of #alltogetherpossible. I see a lot of lazy and d-mb people (of every level) at this company. In fact, I see more pebbles and boulders at this company than ever before. Not my circus, not my monkeys.
Amazing how quickly they started laying people off in the Cary office once they met the quota for the tax breaks. Wonder if that's something NC state government should be looking into...

Yes quite layoffs happening. I am still in disbelief of the people who were asked to leave. Everyone at all levels are getting tracked on performance.

Yep, sounds like a pretty accurate description of an AVP @ Met! This is what the Company wants.
poor talent that reported to me are now AVPs at Met cause they sit in their cubes with headsets listening to music, dont say anything besides yes sir, go to gym get coffee and leave early. Its a great job if you dont care about your soul or have a shred of self worth, anyone who was good or tried to drive change left.
Will Met get hit with big fines and be monitored by the feds? #HSBC #WellsFargo
