good. Cut out 95% management — they do NOTHING. Retain individuals whose value can be directly financially measured from front line, and sure some mgt stooges to be a “buffer” between actual workers and shareholders.

I have worked with lots of immature people who attained results. I may be one of them. Immaturity drives most of us who post on this site. It's ineffective people who do not attain results.
Want to be clear on an item. It is the Director team that makes things happen and delivers results. Officers provide the $$ for projects and improvements. Directors ensure it gets done. To think differently reveals your organizational immaturity in attaining results.
There are still probably 200 Senior Managers to Directors across the company that could be cut and no work would suffer. Can Allstate leadership properly identify them and make the right decisions though? Highly highly unlikely.

What’s considered middle managers? C, d e and f are all called managers.
Middle management needs to be thinned. Unfortunately the right people never get RIFd. The brown nosers who refuse to do anything differently always survive. Allstate's culture is self perpetuating.
At least FOCs are safe.
