Big banks are very familiar with consent orders, so your post makes no sense. Why would your accomplishments circle back to a consent order unless you personally caused the issue? Speak to what you have done to improve the overall environment and display your accomplishments.

Hard to justify your accomplishments when they cant even get out of the consent order.

I worked at a big bank before and after USAA. I don’t think this is accurate. I was recruited recently because of my experience with working on the consent order at USAA.

Not to totally disregard my time here but in my experience, when I go on interviews they sometimes refer to the company as USSA or say "oh yeah those football commercials". Try and talk about my bank experience and some managers seems disinterested of course I have been with this place for 10 years and now am getting my walking papers unfortauntely so I am going for higher level jobs. Its tough out there.

Any insight you can share about this? Have you been told this by companies/recruiters or is this just your general assumption because the bank is an empty shell of what it once was. Asking because I’m genuinely worried about this happening to me as I apply for jobs and try to leave the sinking ship.
