This group has certainly changed over the last 12 months.
Leadership is in here blatantly saying they don't care.
I wish I could share the other one that names, names of who the offenders are and but....

This chat was been active for over a year with genuine concerns and yes, maybe some fear mongering. Who cares!
Why are people coming to the thread to get “fear mongered”? Either don’t believe everything they read or don’t read it. Who care that much about what someone posts?
I’ve never seen a leader in here act like or say they don’t care. Call me out if I’m wrong and show me where you have seen that. Although I have dealt with one personally that didn’t care in recent years that I had the misfortune of reporting directly to (and not in this forum) but im not under her anymore and that’s a story I’d like to leave in the past.
Also not everyone who comments or posts in here is a leader. Some of us are just every day workers who are tired of seeing our fellow colleagues get fear mongered by some of the posts we see here. And we speak up and make them question things. This place can be as toxic as it is helpful.
