So this path sh-t is beginning next week for evaluations.
I plan to get bad feedbacks so I can be pip ed out and get severance.

Always opt out. Even if you opt in and pass, it’s career su----e as you will never be promoted with a pip mark in your record

Performance management is done twice a year, mid and end of year. The next wave of PIPs will hit in early July after you complete your self evaluation in Workday. You'll likely get your review in early July and you must decide if you'll take the PIP and fail or reject the PIP and start a 60 day count down to your final day of leave. Always take the PIP once you've been put on one you'll always be tainted and future performance reviews will take into account a prior coaching plan or PIP.
