Sarah the poet ( aka) the data liquifyer since she took the big job has done nothing prioritize and support some of the leaders that were working to get things done, to improve stars, to consolidate IT, things that would have kept the company whole and growing, she just pushed out great people when they told her there was problem, her thing is cultural transformation, , corporate communication, DEI, and repeat like parrot the numbers that Drew gives her, seems to be she just can't do the job right,she is clearly unqualified and have made so many bad decisions around leadership, that Centene has now gotten quite the reputation of being one of the most toxic and dysfunctional to work for, so she has become the problem and is the one who has to go

Looks like there is guy monitoring the chats that gets upset when you call Sarah the poet, guess what your CEO, su-ks , young woman might be cool but she is worse thing that has ever happened to this organization in history, never seen so much frustration and disappointment around here, literally no one cares anymore, they have treated people bad , people that were doing a good job, at all levels, this organization will no recover, too much harm , too bad of a Karma around since she is here. Hope the board takes a serious look at what is doing, two , three levels down, and see how the place is burning and how much people hates Centene
She speaks relatively well, but she clearly doesn't understand what the different areas and people do and how everything interconnect, the CEO role specifically in healthcare you got have a lot lot of experience, otherwise you will mess up a lot of things in your decision making, she also doesn't have the charisma or is likeable, a really poor choice for CEO.
The poet needs freaking out, you are fired, go back to Optum to sell liquid data, nobody wants a fraud like her anyways.

She needs to get viciously fired and process in a trial for mismanagement of the organization, take away all her stock, fancy house everything she has earned on the back of layoff employees and members . She has wronged a bunch of people, this a very small world. Look like she did to Anika, use it as a race card in the portal and kicked her out 5 months later, she has destroyed a lot of people careers , just out of the blue, people doing a great job, trying to make this company better. She is the biggest swindle in healthcare, shame on Centene's board, she can't even explain in a sympathetic and warm manner the layoff of Centene workforce, " it is just a routine assessment of the workforce" , you got to be selfish and money hungry not acknowledge there are parents, families while her comp is millions
The company is bleeding because Sarah and few accolades have been ra-ing the place and haven't done anything to fix it. Sure the board could take her out tomorrow if they were serious about making this company better

Who are the board of directors and their contact information?
I get it that people are angry, but wanting her fired will not happen. There are processes for CEO’s departure. Her first town halls she mentioned trimming the fat. The company is bleeding and nothing can stop it. I feel if we had a chance to voice our concerns years ago, this wouldn’t happen. If you want her gone tell the board of directors, its a waste posting it here, just not happening.
The mediocre CEO in place is heavily and highly correlated with all the messy, that woman doesn't even have the decency to address the employees with some sympathy in the middle of that hardship

Offer up some real, human advice on how those laid off should proceed or actual layoffs to come (dates, numbers, etc.) or go complain on a different forum.
