Thread regarding Allstate Corp. layoffs

Kronos is a nightmare

Kronos and timekeeping have shown their true Colors. As an hourly employee, I have to log in Kronos and since it’s rollout, I have SEVERAL email to casualty time keeping with regards to Kronos’s discrepancies. Well, for the second time, I received a check that was lower than what I made when I worked in Express. Time keeping has been taking my PTO as call ins when I’m sitting at my desk working. Kronos can’t decipher my time zone so it give me unexcused absences all the time. I have several emails that I have saved and now I’m getting pre raise/promotion checks. I hate Kronos with a firery passion and now that this system is messing up my pay when I have ACCURATE punches, I’m banging down HR’s door on Monday.

You guys need a Union before more adverse systems and rules are shoved down your throats. Call BOLI get started organizing to get advocates to help you. Allstate doesn’t care about you andHR is a joke. Don’t fall for it. They are there for one purpose and one purpose only. To protect the company from employees taking self action.

@qau+19CJwh74 That’s just it, I don’t punch in late or punch out late. I punch accurate as heck and my time zone is correct. But I am sitting in two emails where time keeping themselves has admitted that Kronos was having issues deciphering the time zone. I do use WFH to take PTO and time keeping when I schedule a day off, is taking multiple days at one time. I’m the most accurately logged employee in my team. But I am not going to have my pay messed with.

And if HR won’t do anything about it, then maybe I should look for outside help. But I have a log of the several times I have had to email someone about time keeping problems and the ongoing issues with Kronos. I won’t roll over and accept inefficiencies. Especially when it comes to my paycheck and when my paycheck is so low that it’s even lower than what it was back in my old position, I’m not having it!

Any oddities with Kronos are emailed to your leader. Forgot to clock back in and get hit with PTON it’s emailed to your leader, clock in late it’s emailed. Are you using WFH that’s where Kronos gets it’s info, I would confirm the info (time zone) is set up correctly there.

Never trust HR. Or systems. Integrity lacks in both

I’m scared to take pto with it because it messes that up to.

There was nothing wrong with our former timekeeping system. I HATE Kronos as an rmbc employee

Good luck fighting Kronos. To HR Kronos is God (no pun intended). It can do no wrong. I have seen a few peers termed due to Kronos alone. They always have a reason of why you are wrong and Kronos is right.
