How far is everyone scheduled out?
I have counties until 04/17.
Next downsizing dates are: 3/19/26, 4/30/26

Assigned in Texas/Oklahoma until 4/17. Members scheduled for last week of March.
I’m so tired of fear every.single.day.
@s9 raise the bar, demand more, keep the same worthless tools (Odyssey, “load balancing”, eHC), put QVC further out of reach, continue lousy compensation … voluntary attrition will accelerate and the rest put on PIPs … don’t need to do layoffs

@s9 where did you see that? Do you work in housecalls?
I saw an email that went out today that there would not be anymore layoffs in house calls. Does this make you guys feel better?
@q9 mine is the same now, counties assigned until April 24. Only about ten visits scheduled after March 19 though.
I just had some added until April24 which is 7 weeks out. Last year would be booked at least 4 weeks and about 8weeks out of scheduling. I have about 28 members scheduled post March 19 layoff date so hopefully to make it to April 30.
However if others have a light schedule until March 19 ( I have room for 24 members until then) so they can easily cancel my membership and add them to others that are staying ie have rec'd a 5 on review travelers and had a ride along with CTM.
This is all speculation on my part.
@mj how far out did you guys have visits scheduled last year? And I wouldn’t just hold my breath on every 3rd Thursday. Have you seen other posts? Seems they layoff every Thursday.
I also only have county assignments until 4/17. Some members scheduled to end of March. Another colleague of mine also only has county assignments until 4/17 as well. So…..we’ll see what happens but this is really nerve wracking holding my breath every 3rd Thursday of the month.
4/17 for me in Texas. Patients scheduled through 3rd week in March.
I have county assignments up until 4/10, but then on PTO week of 4/13-4/17
