@q5 find another job this will never change. This was me 1 year ago until I quit.

I had not heard anything from my market leader. They can't lay me off...who will run the store. I have been working by myself for the past year and can't remember when I last had a meal break. I wait for the store to empty (which some days is not until more than half way through the day) to even go use the bathroom. The school reps have even advocated for me to get help with no real concern. Payroll hour allocation is sometimes less than even the operational hours require. I worked a fall rush completely alone but got two worthless temps for a week and a half for spring rush. I think I am in the "quiet quitting" phase of work...I show up.
Who is left? They already laid off the customers 😕
Especially in the next few months?
