How likely is that we'll see major layoffs of clinical nurses and medical assistants in 2026?
I see rumors but it's hard to figure out.

@dw It is a reporting newswire for business. They talk directly or the company post directly to their site and they reporting company has filed warn acts for December and Feb 6 for ongoing layoffs

@d7 Management also reporting layoff on Feb 6. ASC will be targeted.
@OP United Healthwire is reporting Optum will layoff 390 optum care, Optum Select 49, Optum management 11 and another division Optum Health like 20 . Plus they know they lose lose millions of members in the MA plans so they will continue to lay off.
