RTO 3 days but no extra $ for Gas, Car to 60k employees vs. CXO Million $ Perks

Gas at $5.50/Gallon + Doubled Car Insurance Rate + Kids, Family and the 2+ hours traffic, but a bare minimum salary..this is majority of us 60,000 employees vs. Gunjan and CXO suite making Millions a year,Luxury travel to and fro paid and expesned to the company. They are the to set the RTO policy but do not have to worry or comply it, its the 90% of us who have to bear the brunt.

OUR (60,000 employees) Necessity is the mother of this invention (leave powered locked laptops at work in secret places), given no other company demands or measures Talent and Performance by the Timestamps and not actual delivery or management of aspects. STUPID and DuB GOONjan and CXO suite

@py why stop at COVID? Humans rode horses before cars so maybe we should all RTO in horse buggies and take a dump in outhouse as per your logic. Fu--ing luddites and their RTO cr-p. Go sit in an office while the rest of us get productive and carry your weight.

@py bruh. YOU may have been 5 days a week before COVID. I was not. I had a VASTLY more flexible hybrid work policy that wasn't tied to my performance and after a survey said we were happier remote we were shifted to be permanently remote. My job code was changed to remote. I WAS A REMOTE EMPLOYEE. I was never supposed to go back. I didn't have a desk. I had no presence in an office.

If you want to go sit in an office 5 days a week like it's the booming corporate world of the 2015s you're free to do that. But don't drag those that don't want that with you.

We were 5 days before covid, and nobody whined and carried on like you entitled people. If it's so bad go somewhere else. Doubled your car insurance? Please!! You really do display your complete ignorance with this post.
