Has anyone received anything? It’s suppose to be available this week and no one on our teams have heard anything.

@3gw I have been wondering that myself. It’s not that our merit was based on location. The issue is, regardless of where we actually live, they grouped us all together in the same geo location that has a “national average cost of living”.
Prior to this, I still had 20k room for getting my salary to midpoint. Now, midpoint is lower because they switched out brackets and I am now over midpoint over midpoint = no more merit.
Has anyone considered legal action for 0% merit increase based solely on being remote? It says nothing in the HR policy about merit increase being based on location. I'm considering it and just wondered if anyone else has?
Prepare for the worst! Remote employees are getting sc--wed. First time in 10 years working for this company that I was informed my merit is worth 0%. They made me remote, I didn't ask for it. They did not tell me at that time I would sacrifice all future pay increases. I feel like it's worse for people close to retirement. They know you're probably not going to go elsewhere, so they can sc--w you over all they want. A$$hole$
@re everyone who gets a bonus was moved to AIP this year.
@qn that's interesting, grade 13 doesn't get AIP. I thought they were on PBP?
@qn It’s not. 100% true. I have no reason to lie on an anonymous forum. I got 5%, not 15%.
And I’m going to enjoy this until they offshore me.
FWIW I was rated extraordinary.
@qh that is a lie
In hub, grade 13, 95% compa, 5% merit, 111% AIP.
@py What was your rating? Your compa was not disbursed at all how HR directed us to do it.
Remote. Grade 13. 85% comp. Zero merit. Half AIP.
0% merit for meaningful performance. Comp at 110% now thanks to the last minute re-classing of remote workforce to cattle group and giving us the middle finger. Sc--w everybody GK and all MC, MC-1, MC-2 you all deserve the worst karma and I’m sending it your way. And so it is.
@jz compra is basically comp ratio. What % you are to midpoint for your salary range in your geo code. If midpoint is $100,000 and you are at 90,000, then your compra is 90%.
@ja what is compra and how do you calculate it?
If LTI not full, consider that for over 55 they don’t pay out upon layoff like previous years. You have to be employed sept 1 to get it.
Likely people with this will get layed off before this and they reallocated your LTI to someone else.
I’m in that boat and happy as I am secretly wealthy due to good investments and surprise windfall.
Bring it on!!!!
Grade 14, remote. 1.7% increase, few % points off target % for AIP, and 80% of target for LTI. Whatever. I’m planning on retiring this year and am hoping they cut me loose with a severance.
In hub grade 14, 89% compra.
1.8% merit 100% bonus (but same $$$ amount as last year), LTI reduced by meaningless $100 for some reason.
So not as bad as it is for many but then again not at midpoint despite being at job multiple years etc. Just ridiculous nickel and diming. Insane this counts as “good.”
In hub 90% of midpoint. 0% merit. Just under target bonus and 90% LTI.
Remote, 90% of midpoint, got 2% of merit, and bonus at 100%, LTI less than 100%. Guess I should be happy?
@e3 I’m at 108% of midpoint and got 0%. The comp team has no idea what they are doing.
@e6 same here. 0% merit as a GR. 15 in a hub, top performer on my team.
LTI was not 100%, neither was AIP.
I’m actively interviewing.
@f6 Yeah it’s been removed. You can look for your pay range in Workday under your profile/compensation. I believe you’ll also have access to the pay grades in MyHR. Search 2026 pay grades.
Remote, less than 2% merit, just shy of 100% on AIP and LTI. Did the compa ratio get removed from the summary? I didn't see it listed on anymore so how do you know if you are at or near the midpoint or what the range even is anymore? Why is this information deliberately kept secretive? The nickel and diming of employees after a record of year of profits (in part driven thanks to layoffs!) is some crazy a-s work!
I heard from someone who got a promotion last year that they aren't getting a merit because new policy is you don't get a raise if promoted last year during 2nd quarter through 4th quarter.
Remote <2%. Agree with other poster, no midpoint show on summary anymore.
Had a meaningful rating but am currently below midpoint, got a little over 2% merit, bonus and LTI was not at 100%. I’m in risk in JR’s org. I didn’t have high expectations going into the conversation with my boss.
@en this is enlightening. Appreciate the share and I’m betting you’re right, the attrition they hoped for likely won’t happen in this market.
Just talked to my boss. Anyone at 110% of midpoint didn't get a raise. All remote employees were moved to C classification so many people that were right at midpoint are now at 105 to 115 at midpoint. I'm fully remote but live in a Hub and could commute if I wanted to, but the extra raise wouldn't cover commute costs. Bonus was funded at 95% so not too bad. Not sure with the bad job market if many people will leave so they will probably resort to more layoffs in Q3-Q4.
They are shaving pennies here and there from as many people as possible to reward senior leader$. This company is not the same...not by a long shot.
Above midpoint, but got 1.9% merit with lower AIP and LTI compared to last year.
@e6 did you resign on the spot?
0% merit increase. Just shy of 100% LTI and AIP.
I'm past midpoint slightly, regularly go into office, meaningful performance, Technology.
I was informed that no merit increase for midpoint and above. Not sure how far up or down my org that is coming from.
I rec'd my numbers today. As many have guessed here I got a small merit and AIP that was decent but less than last year.
One thing I noticed is that the summary page no longer shows ranges and midpoint.
For those who got 0 merit, were you at or above midpoint?
I’m currently about 87% to mid, in a hub. Curious how that will play out. Had meaningful review
Yeah you should receive the numbers now. I echo what the others on this thread shared. MC/GK controlled the pot.
Prepare to be hosed. 0% here and less than 100% bonus. Remote.
Comp review is now complete and leaders are free (unless directed by their BL) to share final numbers.
@a6 I am grateful for this site because it’s at least prepared me for the worst. Maybe it won’t be, but at the very least I’ve processed the possibility.
The info was shared much earlier in recent years so yeah I am prepared to be hosed .
Feb 18-25 is when Comp should be shared. Some managers seem to have already begun. Good luck to all, just prepared to be hosed. Not being an a**hole, just tempering expectations as we all know.
