Apparently people to hear on Monday past their severance pay...ain't heard of anyone yet got letter from HR??

You will be told by your manager a date and time to meet with both your manager and HR .You will be then shown what your severance will be.

This entire thread makes zero sense. This isn't a US layoff right? We don't get letters about severance mailed to us.
Nobody has a fu----g clue, letters out last week, letters out this week, letters out next week, just no sign of any letters
Letters will given out next week.Four weeks for every year,capped at nineteen and a half years.
Nothing yet and the md's door is shut. Has he swanned off on his jollies when rest are left wondering what on earth is going on. If it wasnt so serious, it would be laughable

Ffs people we were told!!! Letters go out this week to the affected parties. They will be given an interview date. They will attend the interview, be told their package and decide whether to accept or not. How can you say Monday past? It's mo--nic comments like this that start rumours. You went to the meeting and chose to cherrypick the information. You heard what you wanted to hear.

They're working out how much they can take off your severance money .
Nothing other than face to face should be acceptable, unless the effected person is an off site employee. Good luck to all at STST.

Your manager will decide how they prefer to communicate with you regarding this matter, whether it's through face-to-face interaction, email, or mail to your address. Nevertheless, I believe that the managers are already aware if their team members are affected.
