Who completed it, who didn’t? I’m hearing early numbers for my group are below 50% completion when they’ve been above 70% in the past.

Fortunately today's disastrous implementation of new RTO requirements came out before I submitted my TTUS survey. I have some things to say about that.
I only did it because I am one of the few that has a good manager. Anything unrelated to them got a neither agree or disagree with a few strongly disagree.
Remember, replies are “confidential”, not “anonymous.” If the people who read the responses cared they could know exactly who said what.
@sd I just LOL’d!
Not doing it. They don’t care about our feedback. They just want us to participate so they can tout their high “engagement” scores. Any negative feedback and the MC blames middle management and takes zero accountability for their role in the low morale snd disenchantment.
Hard pass. Reported as phishing.
@pt TTUS is "confidential" not anonymous.
That's why they ask you don't share the link. HR and other reps can absolutely see everything you put in it, even if that's not included in the generalized reports they send out
Boycotting TTUS is the only way to get change, they only care about engagement percentage.
@bd Well, they don't know who, just how many. It sounds as if they are tracking how many people are on a team, then how many on that team took the TTUS, but they should not be and do not appear to actually be tracking WHO. Sure, whomever the company that is sending this survey may know who, that shouldn't be reported to US Bank.
also remember, if you take the TTUS, be very careful how you word things and spelling. Don't give anything identifying in the info you provide in the surveys. If you are typing comments, and say you're spelling is good, then misspell some words. Then, re-read what you've written and change some of the words to words you would not typically use.
remember, Only You Can Prevent Anonymity."
First time in 17 years I’m not filling it out. I’ve never been so disgusted and thoroughly demoralized. I’d rather not be part of that high engagement stat that they like to point to as a sign that everything is wonderful.
. . . . . . Company and its ego driven, self centered narcissistic managers that hate, despise and continue to suppress their employees that can make a difference . . . . . . . .
@hg yep. The compensation, or lack thereof, was just the icing on the cake for a lot of people. And then the goals for this year are not so.much goals as they are threats.
It's pretty hard to feel motivated to do anything but the bare minimum for a company that so clearly hates it's employees.
I can already see and feel the fallout from the leadership under GK. People aren't as helpful or willing to do a little extra and the general consensus is why even bother.
OP here. I forgot to mention no, I didn’t complete it. First time ever.
First time ever that I am not completing the survey and do not plan to while I am still at the bank. All it has ever done is result in is more work for us employees.
I’ve never seen a positive change attributed to the TTUS surveys. This is my first time not submitting a response, but I’m not bothering to take them anymore.
Fill it out ...don't fill it out...makes no difference either way....
You can't keep running a company like this....it's short sighted.
How well is the company going to do when all your employees don't feel like the company cares.
EFCC area is pushing hard for 100% completion so that means all they care about is engagement. So I won't do it.
I've never filled one out, and I don't plan to start now.
They're supposed to be "anonymous". If they're so anonymous, then how do they know who has and hasn't filled it out?
