To the leadership of DXC

We know you read these. You walked in and the first thing you touted was taking care of the employees. Woo hoo our savior has arrived. Then you put out an employee survey asking for the bold truth. We thought that was cool. We told you we need comp increases.......No response. Then quietly there was a job code and layer restructuring. I was raised a level without my knowledge , without promotion and moved in to the dreaded and apparently hated by you 5 and above category. I am not a leader. I am in a client facing role. How many people did that happen to? Cute strategy - bump people who have been around a bit with tons of knowledge working hard with hopes of being appreciated and rewarded again up to 5 and then "supposedly" give raises..... maybe some time in August to levels 1-4. But first execute a large WFR before Aug. Your rhetoric is now....stop complaining about not getting increases for 5+ years and there's the door. You got it bud. I'm gone soon...keep the attrition coming and the revenue continuing to dive because of it. Co workers......No one is going to send these venting notes directly to leadership's email - retribution is real and you all know it - where is the replay of this town hall sh*t show btw ?

Slash and burn II .... First there was Lawrie!! now in this epic sequel Salvino bites back against those moaning employees... He started life happy at DXC but then he slowly realised that he'd jumped into a pool full of P–p.. His solution, tell them to shut the **** up and get on with their jobs. I think I can explain it.

There is a new course on DXC University which is compulsory for all staff; "Know your 4rse from your elbow"

All of the Exec have taken it but unfortunately none of them passed hence they don't!

Used to be a good company 10 years ago or so, but very bad Management entered around the time of Lawrie and THIS is why you are getting these comments by disgruntled hard working employees. The whole leadership are scumbags. They have been for a decade and a half, whether it was EDS, HP, HPES, or DXC, yes, I was at them all. Get out of you can, preferably with a package...

Some of my colleagues are working with clients on one of Mikey's Top 3 Programmes to improve client relationships. They're also being made redundant at the end of this month. That's going to really leave a great impression of DXC with those clients - just as my colleagues are starting to really engage with their clients, they're going to disappear. Clients are going to think "Oh, it's the same old DXC, lying to us again." Cue clients going to other providers, followed by more redundancies, followed by more p-ss-d-off clients, followed by Chapter 11 for DXC.

And this is the lie:

They use that to beat everyone with, to "work harder". It doesn't matter how hard you work, it doesn't mean anything to them. It also doesn't mean anything for you either as they laugh like a drain when you suddenly do 2 or more people's job, break yourself and receive no extra money for doing it.

And this is appreciation for the workforce?

As I said before, at least the former CEO was a bare faced shark that you had zero illusions about. There is something duplicitous about someone who says they care about you while stabbing you in the back.

This is hilarious and entirely incorrect. It's a numbers game. As a manager at DXC I have made people redundant and shifted their work to cheaper resource (onshore or offshore) because I was told I had to. It had absolutely nothing to do with performance levels....simply $$$$$'s.
You are crazy if you think the senior leadership care how well you perform....it is all about how much you cost. Top performers get selected every round of WFRs.
I have had enough of the immorality and have chosen to leave....

I just wonder reading the posts here mostly the comments section 😅🤣 its funny how much we hate the company but still here because you know you're limits and no compamy will tolerate a negative attitude. I am 100% sure the person who wrote this post even he gets selected in the Big 5 will be laid off some or the other way.. ask yourself how much time you wasted sitting idle on the desk doing nothing nd getting paid nd do you even feel you deserve a bonus? 😅🤣😅 Applies to everyone out there who under performs well. honestly, no one will ever fire you if you're providing value.   • - A big red flag is someone saying "Trust me". Most google references state that when this is said, it is in the speaker's interest that you accept his decision over you, and he knows it is not in yours (WFR / Sold up)
  • - Another red flag is that when you hear what seems to be nice words, you notice his eyes moving as he reads from a script.

He claims he's fixed the reputation damage with some of the customers.

Now to fix the reputation damage with the employees.... Let's start with denouncing huge swathes of them as no use, followed by axing thousands of them, sprinkle on a bit of hiding employee survey results, add delaying appraisals and finally top with pay raises mañana.

Definitely won us over I'd say.

Oh did I forget to add keep telling us to stop being negative?

Or maybe telling us if we don't like it we can f*** off.
