@1cx that makes sense, I think there might be more than 1 type of bonus depending on the business. For corporate, the funding for MIP was over 100% back in Q3.

@ym Medicare is a huge part of CVS’s business. Lower profits trickles down to lower budget for bonuses

@py the bonus is funded based on overall company's performance, not on Medicare specifically. I read somewhere from HR in 2025Q3 that funding was tracking around 110%. I would imagine it's going to be above 100% for MIP

For Aetna folks, if it’s not funded at 100%, just know Mark Santos had the funds to give every CEO a 150k RETENTION bonus in September of last year, when all the to exec’s were leaving. How many front line workers could that money have impacted….

They should be scheduled for early March. The funding for bonus sounds promising, good luck everyone!!

Predetermined when you are hired and projects are assigned for you to meets or fail. 4s and 5s on reviews come with a trap: more money to give out...means more likely to be laid off. Aetna is well known to deceive high performers, give high profile projects to junior staff and rehire at a lower rate.

It's definitely predetermined and your 50 hour work week and all that overtime handling 4 roles doesnt matter. Smarten up. Only do as much as they pay you for.

Layoffs in clueless Aetna continue, masquerading as leadership in the commercial underwriting sector. No integrity or courage to grow the segment. It figures since they are led by a person that gives out books on improvisation instead of creating a bonafide business plan with metrics. Another yes drone.

Every company. The budget determines promotions, bonuses, and your raise. Not how hard you worked or how good your work is.

Low budget means more PIPs, and less money to go around

They have already decided. You’ll get what you get and like it.

Why would anyone have it yet? They do not typically happen until February and given payouts in March

Management will say you are not getting laid off is your bonus, next question!

Same here plus everything seems predetermined regardless of how much you have accomplished. There are the chosen few favorites and everyone else.
