@ak I think the turning point for everybody internally was how badly the layoffs have been handled. Sending out company wide emails at 6 in the morning and then having. The entire company have to keep checking their email to see if a meeting was scheduled that day to fire them. Fu-k her and the geniuses that came up with that strategy. Ever since then I have seen a slow brewing resentment grow internally towards these clowns

From a post on the stock thread: It is truly painful to try to be proud of the company on the tough days when the NASDQ is down 3.5% , S&P is down 2.7% and CDW is down 4.5%. Applause to all you executives. You each deserve high 5's as the stock price is now back to where we were at in January of 2021 ,Trump tariff crash in April not withstanding. But hey, with stock-propping buybacks our market cap is even lower! This is what "success" looks like when a technology business is run by contract lawyers and boneheads from successful peers like Kohls, ADT, Sears, Bain, Enron and other great tech-industry success stories. All star roster right there. OH-Yeah. Go CDW.

@pp

AS you all know, we can do better
LOST in this all is that some people left and quieted the Doog.

THE company will be fine.
OLD ideas will return
TIMER is on and things are moving in the right direction
WINS on the media are okay with us since those small voices are silent now.

Yeah, she is so loved and getting awards that her family broke apart and she needs security to help her stay safe. Hey geniuses, we don't like or respect her in her company.

About par for the course, Executive level people giving each other awards they don't deserve, how she could "win" this is beyond comprehension at this point. Dorri and the club need to have their heads examined.

Leahy is also an on the board at Target, as Lead Independent Director, which has been performing about right in line with this place the last few years....go to their layoff site, see a common theme? https://www.thelayoff.com/target

@b2 I'm sure that's it or Chris has buddies who voted for her because objectively, there isn't a single metric I'm aware of which would point to her being a great CEO. She's awful.

@OP Good God. Maybe this ‘award’ was bought. You know…like the Olympic sponsorship we paid a lot of millions for.

Wonder if it was the layoffs, the failed acquisition integrations, the declining revenue for 8 straight quarters, an ineffective leadership team she put in place, the poor internal integration of technology or the tanking of the stock price and valuation that put her over the top?
