@15c they lucky to have us is all I can say
@pp They are even more blatantly dishonest these days. AAS scores are in the toilet so they bring in a whole bunch of clowns into Plano, do focus groups, do and bunch of q&a sessions, and then they do absolutely nothing to improve the scores.
One of the VP’s talked about how much he loved coming to Plano. I think it’s the second time I’ve seen him there. What a phony!
A pathetic human and a pathetic company.
Now is not the time to get cute and take on promotion if it involves stack rankings. 12% raise isn’t worth your livelihood
@2fs I know top performers who end up in the bottom 10%.
cutting the bottom 10% don't blame Discover if you cant do your job to at least be above the bottom 10% then you kinda deserve to be PIPed out.
All of capital one will be laid off to make way for discover employees!!!
Yes. I agree with the poster 100% that card is in turmoil and mass PIPs will be oncoming. In fact, 2 years ago I was walking by a conference room and they were having a discussion about employee job survey and it showed a presentation that said card employees are concerned with PIPs and stack rankings, not being pad enough money, and constant fear of job loss.
I took a photof their presentation deck iamd it showed the sad faces of peo9le in that meeting to fix that MESS.
You live by a PIP you d1e by a PIP.
Too bad. There are a lot of good engineers in card.
We know there will be layoffs but. Nothing confirmed
