T should have an employee feedback site

T should have a website where employees can report managers who are no benefit to society the company or to the people around them .

Hey Mr. @PNV — Why is that people like you always find a way interject your pathetic personal views….Maybe you could self report your actions back on that infamous day….you know what I mean. Then you wouldn’t have to worry about someone ratting you out to the FB….

Employee Feedback Web Site: Perhaps not that far fetched for two reasons:

  • Might be tempting for T's W O K E Mismanagement to have employees rat on each other so T could get rid of employees that are U N W O K E N.
  • Fits in well with the current presidential administration recent encouragement of citizens to rat on other citizens that are not W O K E - all are domestic terrorists by definition.

So be careful what you wish for...

To what end would that be helpful? T doesn't give a wet slap about what employees think at all. If anything, the current regime under Stink sees the employees as adversaries who need to be kept down and controlled.

The only way T would do something like that is to find another way to spy on employees so they can find who they can get rid of.

What value would a site like that benefit the company or the individual? You want to report manager’s who have ‘no value to society…’. You’re confusing how business workplaces operate with sites like FB or Yelp. That is not how businesses operate, thankfully.

As a first level, I was once in a skip level with the fourth level. Unfortunately so was my second and third level. Never did understand how this was a "skip". About 40 first levels and a few of the d-mber ones started complaining and bi-----g. The fourth went ballistic, the seconds and third headed for the fire escape. The vocal 1st levels got squeezed like a pimple while the fourth packed up and huffed off. Boy! Was Dallas Network famous.
For $100 in WalMart Gift cards name the 4th level.
I kept my mouth shut but by the time I reached my office, the phone was ringing off the wall from other Districts Managers that heard about the meet.
At other meetings, those managers didn't say a thing.
This company is famous for its meaningless meetings. Endless. Useless. Boring. Clueless.

That's funny. They tried that with these town halls and quickly found out they don't want to address employees concerns or hard questions.
