Don't be discouraged with TT slapping you like a work horse. Time has proven that things will only get worse. Now I know it's difficult to move on but you can and will. In this day and age companies are hiring, I see it everyday. Don't think for one second WS has your back. They will slap the backside of the work horse and tell you to move on. It's business from a greedy company. You get nothing while the top gets millions for running it in the ground. If you can't see that then a hard life is expected.

Having skills that set you apart from competition matters - but at WE most of the positions/skills that aren't critical have been outsourced - pretty much everyone below the LR5. If that still doesn't make sense, then good luck.
WE still pays some for college tuition/certificates - hint hint
Most opportunities these days seem to be remote, local jobs are still available also.
I also worked on DMS, 5E, CS2K, Genband, metaswitch.
