Just informed that no department is getting raises this year. Last year we were given less than 2%. With price increases and rising insurance costs....this is a real pay cut. My situation prevents me from leaving and promotions are few and far between in the US

They went back on that decision and are giving employees 3% raises ... Still no bonus tho...
Total sh-t show by replacing US workforce with the incompetent offshore.
They had us meeting all kinds of id--tic metrics to receive a bonus. Even after meeting all the metrics and completing all the nonsense, we still get zero bonus, and zero raise.
Now we're literally taking pay cuts working here.
If you work for NTT, please leave as soon as possible, the company deserves to BURN!

Any news about the bands above 10 in the US? Many waste still exist in those bands. They have a long fancy title like “tech solution architect”, with zero knowledge about technology, generating zero outcome for the new life insurance client.
