Thread regarding Medtronic Inc. layoffs

I’m completely checked out

I’m doing the work of two people.

Commuting in to an office to sit on zoom all day is expensive and depressing.

We do more and more hard work while org leaders reap all the benefits. Nothing trickles down.

I’ll just hang out doing the minimum until I’m laid off.

@c3 yes GM has a multi million dollar villa in Florida and Hawaii for his summer and winter breaks built on the back of those people
Who he fires yearly . Not only that he uses medtronic jet to make those trip. You can track his gulf stream jet N449MT to see what trips he’s making

He has to the worst CEO in this company’s history, splitting the company apart yearly and laying off people. How does he still have a job when stock is at the same price it was in 2014 is unreal

I agree with everything you say, but if this website takes the post down, it doesn't violate the First Amendment because the government doesn't own this site.

Geoff or someone is making this website take down posts about him. Where did this post go? “The beatings will continue until morale improves” - Geoff Martha
Meanwhile GM is making garbage deals and has his head buried in criminals like orchestra biomed that shady shell company and Minnesota’s mafia called vensana capital using shareholder capital to run the company into the ground.
Note - if this website takes this post down, they are violating the first amendment

I’m not checked out. Every day I bring my best self, do what I can, and prioritize patient-related work. I keep my to-do lists and ensure I clock 4 hours of heads down time per day outside of meetings. I just stopped overperforming and being hypervigilant and hyperresponsive and people noticed. I’m currently being coached out of the organization.

A small group has started a circle on Reddit to begin protests at these dogshit executives’ homes. It’s going to start in the major hubs. Watch this company burn now let these fu--ing re--rded group of grossly overcompensated executives at this most pathetic medical device company in the world burn and let their families see what types of sh---y people they are

@bf Yes, if you leave now, you still get your MIP for FY26. Not sure about the percentage though.

@bf MIP is based on your full FY year performance. FY just started in May so if you leave then you obviously wouldn’t be eligible.

We’re all check out like eating bananas and rice as an actual meal. If work was a garment, it would be a worn out pair of socks. IMO, there isn’t much motivation with Geoff. Fonzy jumped the shark tank years ago. Now it’s an eternal hangover.

I'm with ya. I'm paying more for gas to drive to the office just to hop on Team calls with the team in India.
