As of today’s end, our department has still not received any communication from leadership regarding compensation. The ongoing lack of clear leadership and consistent communication continues to be our department’s most significant concern.

LOL My manager hasn't had a sitdown with me about compensation in 3-4 years. And lack of communication, that's like the SOP for my store and I'd suspect for much of retail.

Got mine this morning in an email. Others in my department did as well. Biggest increase I received in several years, at least since Covid.
If you have a question why not ask your manager? If you said “Do you have me on the schedule for a compensation conversation?” You might get an answer to your concern.
Managers are not required to have compensation conversations until end of 4/28 so while it’s approaching, if you didn’t have a conversation yet technically there isn’t an issue
