Don’t think this will last, you will have your good MOW’s and you think you will sit at home sending emails and watching TV. Sooner we will get the AI scheduling program that will not only assign you stores to hit every week,but you will be tracked with GPS again. So to the one’s that think it’s not so bad, will see how you fall in 6 month’s

Put the DM's and RMS's on GPS is what they ought to do!! They would have to leave the house.
IMO, either everyone should be on GPS or no one. I see people bragging that they watch Netflix during the day etc. This is one of the reasons GPS came about. So many hours wasted! Do your job completely and thoroughly. Work your schedule or 8-10 hours and be done with it.
I was talking to the few comments from people I’ve seen make here that say they liked the new role. I also have new mow every month…. And with all the micromanaging, coaching forms, dmi and bullsh-t I’m just over it already. The one good thing was not being tracked everywhere we went, but now that will change as well.
I have new ftows every month. There's no way anyone likes the RTM role
