What all is currently being monitored? I know we have sapience tracking our time and ARES tracking our keystrokes, but what are they doing with this information?

I don’t know what system it is but your manager can see everything on your screen the same as you. Open your chats they can see exactly what you see every click. If you see it they see it.
I got a team call from my manager saying I was only working 5 hours a day for a couple of days and he asked me why I only worked 5 hours for those 2 days.
Then I told him that there were over 4 hours where he and I were on the same conference calls . Sapi doesn’t do a good job tracking all team calls, sometimes it shows your not working when your on a call, but Sapi and your manager don’t care.
For Sapience, look for "Leaf" under task manager. If nothing comes up, Sapience hasn ot been deployed yet. Ares is not something that runs on your computer...it is an exception reporting system U.S. Bank implemented to increase "oversight". It collects a lot of data from various operations (e.g. customer inquiries/requests, transactions, etc) and has alert notification system that would go to relevant teams if they are not handled it an arbitrary amount of time...that is where the micromanagement comes in. Already seeing the fruits of their bs. They are gradually expanding its reach along with other micromanagement systems...upper management has wasted boatload of money on all this junk and now we will all suffer as result.
How can you tell if these are on your computer?
Depends on group really. General theme with ARES is they are looking for opportunities to micromanage. Starting with a few indicators and gradually ramping up the bs.
