Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

The old Mike was approving ALL expenses over $150 dollars. And he did this for years.

Some may argue he gets paid more than $150 per hour so what’s the logic. But that didn’t deter him.

So Mike Slave-ino wanting to approve pay rises is nothing abnormal in his head.

Never in my life did a CEO have approve each and every pay increase for 130,000 people (in this case he didn’t approve any)

Most REAL companies send a pay increase budget down to BU leaders and they in turn send it down to their managers with criteria on percentage, dollar amount etc. These managers then give out to the staff!

We have a 8 million dollars HR lead that can’t figure out this simple process. Save the company 8 million plus stock options and FIRE her!

The lack of a holiday message could be taken as a positive, for the first time ever Mikey has been honest with staff, we just don't matter to him.

Look i know you think I screwed you but it was Kenny sharp who said from his Mikey 1 era they pocketed the staffs raises. Mary and Vinny thought it was a good idea also, and Holebarred proposed cuts on top.

So I went from 21 to 28 million from your pay. But they also gained, Kenny doubled his salary and the rest did well.

So blame them not me.

I'll say the same, even to our CEO: happy holidays and best wishes for next year.
It's highly unfortunate that the actions of our CEO clearly state that he looks down at us with contempt, and has difficulty controlling his temper.
