In our department those who work in the states where you cant carry over more than 40 hours...with the covid and everything shut down, are compiling an email to Gloria asking to have the ability to carry them over, with the agreement to use them by a certain day, or ask for cash out. Our manager is helping us as she is impacted as well. Perhaps if they get enough requests they will honor it. I'm just saying.

Anyone believe in non-retaliation?
Does Gloria need to Hindu Brahman caste Tandon??? Really did she train and teach him like she and Silicon Valley Military Industrial Complex so they can thrive and trade arms in services???
Culture convo is a joke. They are posers who really don't want to listen to your plea for pto. Elevator goes to bottom.
Most likely, the only way Anthem will roll or extend PTO or COVID leave in 2021 is if the Department of Labor forces them to via FFCRA. On the DOL page, the COVID 80 hour sick leave act expires 12/31/2020. I agree, you do NOT want your name going on any petition to Gloria......

The Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA or Act) requires certain employers to provide employees with paid sick leave or expanded family and medical leave for specified reasons related to COVID-19. Two weeks (up to 80 hours) of paid sick leave at the employee’s regular rate of pay where the employee is unable to work because the employee is quarantined (pursuant to Federal, State, or local government order or advice of a health care provider), and/or experiencing COVID-19 symptoms and seeking a medical diagnosis; or.......
I agree with @osf+17dBnme2 you do not want to be on any list...
Be careful - you and your manager will end up being on the list - Gloria eats her young, you think compiling an email will impact anything?

Employers have their own worries. Many want to conserve cash as the economy continues to sour and don't want to have to compensate employees for unused time or let them carry over days until next year.
A substantial number of firms—42 percent—have made or are planning changes to PTO, vacation and sick-day programs to address the situation,
Good luck!! I hope they understand and show a little kindness .
