Management - The reason is not the great resignation. If XOM were treating their employees fairly on job merit other than robots the moral would be much higher. Managers get placed in positions they don’t have experience. Managers brown nose their managers, then you have the employees brown nosing their managers. It’s not what you know, it’s who you know. I witnessed this behavior for many years.
