For a company that demands transparency and boats about “transparency”, the lack of “transparency” is mind boggling.
Especially, when you’re out in special projects and lied to about the parameters of the special project - so you question it and get crickets. And having to do Express’ job? Why is Express not handling their own work?

Have you ever worked in Express? I mean full time! You can't take piss without being clocked. You don't have a clue!
Express will get worse as Brandt and team move majority of work to vendors including resources in Central America. Innovative bunch that found a way to eliminate American workers and costs and bypass the language challenge of India.
Express has been given way more responsiblties in the last few months just like Us claims adjusters . Everyone’s trying to make up for the lack of staffing and the performance metrics are now unattainable in an effort to layoff more adjusters. Licensed Adjusters are no longer needed as Allstate has realized India can write estimates and service American customers for $5 hour and no benefits . Bravo Tom and Glen.
@oju+1a7Oy1vy When I worked in Express, I did between 45-66 callas a day. Don’t tell me 40 calls is too much for you to handle! Express has always been lazy.
Uh because express is busy? Like every other department. I am taking 40 calls per day on average. We are becoming out of compliance with response to emails because we’re overwhelmed with the amount of volume we’re getting.
Have you worked anywhere other than Allstate? They are more transparent than past employers of mine, which isn't saying much. No company is transparent and most information is treated as need to know until something is officially announced.
