@ogd I think the hourly field workers should go to salaried pay so they can work OT for free!

Already on a 4 day work week, let’s shoot for the 3 day work week now.
When I work from home I get more work done, the projection from the a--holes that say people work less from home is obvious.

I have a good idea. The company should pay 100% salary for days when you attend in the office and 30% when you work from home (Because we know people don't work from home).
There’s a higher likelihood of most of us achieving a zero day working week.
