Allstate will be moving to two “zones.”
India and Northbrook.

@rew Almost half of the Hudson based employees were laid off in 2020 and there are more layoffs coming there. You underestimate Glenn's hatchet wielding.
@rew+1a2wfIgM OP is obviously joking but kinda speaking truth at the same time. Not sure how long you've been with Allstate but I'm thinking less than 6 years by your posts. You sound way too comfortable given the layoffs and office closures that has been happening for years. Just so you know layoffs happened in Northbrook which is home office. Also to your point of it...you don't think India can handle that as well?
Time to leave
Who knows what they are building or plan to build outside of the US as far as infrastructure....
I repeat, don’t get too comfortable with what you are seeing or hearing...
This “leadership team” are experts at “slight of hand” when it comes to truth.
Well they can’t afford to lay everyone off in Hudson, plus the IT infrastructure there makes it impossible.
@oao+1a2wfIgM, that is what they are saying now....
There were many things told to employees in 2020 about what was coming before the June layoff announcements.
Don’t get too comfortable with anything that you are currently hearing from Allstate leadership at any level..
False. Hudson Ohio is going to hybrid.
It's funny cause it's true! 😀👍
