I guess if you've been with Xerox for decades, and you've invested wisely in the 401K plan, the positive is that you will most likely be able to retire relatively comfortably. With that said, i know a number of folks who didn't invest so wisely, so..................
The new bloodbath
Is xerox on Yelp ?
Yelp is the new Deep Dive.
Stock is a candy bar higher than Carnival Cruise?
Knowledge of widespread Customer dissatisfaction does n’t seem to be on the street yet? Once we start seeing substantial # yelp reviews this will get some attention. Until then this is “contained” and easily addressed by some marketing spin in future.
Positively a bad firm.being sold will be the best thing to happen .
positivity - My core still has a call center with supplies.. "For now"
@nyt+17iqk9Rx ; what is your location that customers are happy???
Would like to understand how that is possible, are you at the same Xerox as everyone else ?
I can positively tell you our customers are NOT happy! I man the customer support email and we regularly get messages about lack of response. Regularly.
Yes, I am positive working for this company is worse than being in prison!
I am positive the offshore teams will help sink this ship faster than anticipated
I am positive I am looking for another job!!
Hey it’s a surefire plan. Piss all your employees off. Let go of all your talent. Innovate absolutely nothing. Do everything possible to decrease moral and culture. Push all your customers away. But just tell Wall Street everything is fine. And then have Icahn buy more stock. Becuase if he is buying then he must be confirming everything is great.
Yes sure. Oversee calls centers who can’t answer questions without run around and an average response time of 3.5 days. Oh and customers running out of supplies because we think they are stealing it. I’m shocked customers aren’t lining up at our doors. 🙄
@nyt+17iqk9Rx I'm not sure where you are at but customers are NOT happy about response time going from 3 to 4 hours to 3 or 4 days!! Actually most are not signing with Xerox after their contract is up and that has been real life as we have lost a ton of customers...Oversees call centers were bad enough...now it's 3 to 4 days...self righting for sure...less customers mean less techs...sooner or later you get to zero!!!
Twice times nothing !
Customers don’t seem too concerned. Most everyone I talk to seems to be okay with support and response times.
Positivity of a negative outcome sooner than later
