I cant stand a regional or anyone higher up who comes into a store, gives orders like they work there everyday, then gets back in there car to go back to there office job and acts like they did something productive. If you want to bark and give orders get sweaty and dirty with the rest of us. Stop treating your Salary Associates like we live for belk. Some do some don't. They hire LEADS to do the exact same thing a STM does but for way less in pay. This company is going down fast!

must be talking about Thomas ghee and Valerie dollison. they are garbage. neither have the smarts to build a lego house yet run a business. they like to threaten peoples jobs yet work from home and have ZERO idea how stores really work. all they do is email SM for credit and email capture. they have no idea what really goes on day to day because the store managers LIE to them.

Sweaty is right!! Not much AC in my store , only in certain areas including store managers office which is always dark and empty but very cool 🙄. Customers complaining because it’s too hot - and who wants to try on clothes that sweaty people have tried on?!
Give it up Belk if we can’t do any better.
They sure are. I don't think they realize how many people are on the verge of quitting or walking out. What's worse is how little they care. Disgusting.
