Remote Workers

Does anyone know if ANY remote workers will be allowed if top performers? Also curious as to why it appears that only one leader's channel is cutting remote and other channels are not. Thoughts?

Are cuts for remote employees in support roles only? Has anyone heard if Janice’s org will be affected? Corporate comms?

Considering there are 5000-7000 remote workers today, I'd think we will always have some. Jon Freier is an arrogant a$$ that thinks remote workers equal slackers. Same with any other leader against remote work. Good news is they are getting older and will eventually die off being replaced by leaders that perhaps aren't so archaic in their thinking. HR actually has several remote workers that I don't think are going anywhere.

I’m remote and was told I will not be impacted by my Sr Mgr but we will see how that goes.

I can tell you we will always have some remote workers with exceptions in place. They are not going to go back on those exceptions.

Some jobs are more expendable and easier to replace than others. I say that as someone probably making it onto a list.
