I got some bad news for you. These are the people you promote. These are the people running the company.
Nobody has a degree or skills for the jobs. They just hire their friends. They all have really big heads and echo. I wonder why this place is so toxic and poorly run. We could have got a big apple account. We blew it because we’re so unprofessional and can’t get anything done.
They went to the competition. Where deadlines can be met and technical issues resolved. We kept coming up with excuse. Why we couldn’t meet their deadlines. So they went to a place, which had people with degrees and the skills.
They seem to have no problem meeting the deadline. They had no excuses.
You wonder why this board doesn’t have proper grammar and spelling. Welcome to your management. You’re so busy trying to find ways to save money you hire a whole bunch of people who are on their parents insurance.
Our our company memo. They don’t use the word don’t. Instead they write, they do not.
You’re guaranteed to get promoted now.

Special interest and lobby is run the country. Basically big business. Don't expect too much to happen.
