Go to their local union and ask to vote in a union. Each store has to get 80% yea votes to vote a union into the store. Then they negotiate on behalf of the membership and their complaints. Better health care better time off. Each store should employe so many full times and so many part times. Include part time in the contract.

Marv if bringing Lowe’s into the future and giving less to employees just in time for Ai integration. It won’t be long before the store has a handful of employees and Ai to asst customers. Just like an automated phone service helps people. Remove service out of the term customer service! I work for Lowe’s and shop the orange store down the road. Better customer service and prices.
