Does anyone know what the bonus were funded at?
And the merit increase percent?

@na SAME! 2.6% merit & less than 100% bonus even tho year-end review was glowing. Was told the "pool" was very small this year -- probably true in terms of what my manager was given to divvy out, but nevertheless disheartening. Guessing the top dogs got their full+ portions, though!! Selfish, greedy ELT/SLT keeping it for themselves all while patting themselves on the back for their thoughtful, selfless, compassionate leadership. Jokes, the lot of them.
@ne It helps to know that it is not based on intelligence, leadership or character. Once you realize this, it's easy to stop caring.
@nd ya I mean to literally hear how much you su-ked compared to your peers really messes with you mentally. I feel like leadership is great at telling you what you do wrong but I didn’t hear anything about what I do right. Oh well time to pick myself up and dust myself off .
The fact they still use the bell curve as a method for merit allocation is mind boggling.
So on my year end I exceeded but didn’t get my full bonus and got 2.5% increase. It came as a surprise because I exceeded in my year end. Not sure what management is looking for for my next year end if I’m still here
Got my worst merit increase in over 10 years. Doesn’t even pretend to keep up with cost of living.
Leadership kept the money for themselves. I know this is true in tech groups.
@cm sorry to hear this. Performance should never be a surprise. It should be regularly discussed during 1/1s
@cd I’ve been here 6 years. Was told performance and funding. I’m pretty down about it. Not so much the amount but just don’t feel like I was given much of a warning.
@af interesting, I had my second highest bonus payout.
@OP Bought bus 100% and Merit 2.75%
I think merit increases were funded at 2.75.
Bonuses below 100%. Got my worst merit and bonus in 6 years.
