Valued?

Are you being valued in Value?

Tell the truth. Is it all rainbows and sunshine or…?

Value is a circus act. They got rid of the true talent years ago and all that is left are Verizon chronies and yes-men. Leaders keep getting moved out because they are clueless and have no idea what they are doing. Look at everyone that came in from Visible where are they now ? Even Tanya and her circus act ? Big Ang ? Scampath ? Anyone seen them lately ?

Are you out of you ever loving fn mind? The credo says our voices should be heard. The credo is garbage and nothing but words on a piece of paper that someone was paid a couple of million dollars to write. The credo means absolutely nothing. If you do not believe me, read it and then research the executives that have been charged with bribes, price fixing, collusion, etc. I always said the credo should be four words, do you fn job. Credo, one of the biggest corporate jokes of all time.

From (Any) Corporations viewpoint -

Employees are (not if) a line-item expense due to (Cost) of salary, and benefits.

It does not matter to a Corporation (in reality) how an employee feels because both can go their separate ways (at any point in time).

Value has a toxic environment. They are known for firing people. IF you want to get fired while working hard, then go to Value.

I feel like my only value is to my managers paycheck at this point. They have completely forgotten about the people who make the money for them, in lieu of wanting to look like the best. I've personally seen a few exits based off of this merit, and poor management. They say if we don't feel valued then we should leave; however, the credo says explicitly that we all should have our voices heard. My voice hasn't been heard in many years here. Maybe we should fix the company we have to ensure employees are well taken care of, since it is us, the employees, who makes the money for the higher ups. Not AI, not managers, but the employees. Think twice before spouting idiocy @bz+1knr1r23n.

I don't think valuing employees is a Verizon trait, inside or outside of Value. Maybe that wasn't always the case, but has been my observation since joining the company.

It’s so good in value!!! I love going to our executive proms and bragging about it on LinkedIn. We enjoy getting wasted and having affairs too while celebrating being the best in the business!
