The technology departments at Fiserv are a total mess. They are packed with Indian folks grabbing all the high-level spots like CIOs/SVPs, and then those guys keep hiring more “H1B” visa holders from India for their teams instead of Americans. They are bending or breaking immigration rules to hang onto their preferred H1Bs for leadership jobs that any American could easily do. This goes against everything Trump’s pushing to make America great again. They will also file a green card for each of them and will keep requesting for extensions, misusing the h1b clause. USCIS should soon audit Fiserv workforce to make sure it is not letting the core payments processor of America misuse any laws.

@1bx the stench of their scammy nature and incompetence is even worse.
It is so bad that the stench is causing the paint to peel in the bathrooms. All I smell in the building is curry coming from the microwaves. And all of the stray cats that used to roam the parking lots disappeared.
@134 H1Bs constantly lie on their resumes and barely have any skills. People aren't spreading bile this is the truth. How does a group of people that make up barely 1% of the local population end up being 99% of new hires in a department that is already run by Indians? Truth is most of you are not the brightest and you are scamming the system.
@zz What about my post suggests I'm not a red-blooded American male? I just try to see things for what they are and not be hive-minded. Go ahead, though, by all means continue to spew your bile, rather than make incisive, rational points. You seem to be in the majority here.
H1Bs are the least of your problems. They are there to accelerate offshoring. See how that works out?
As much as I hate Trump, I hope he ends this program and gives everyone 90 days to go back
@fm If everyone is H1B why isn't our technology better and so behind. That doesnt add up.
@g3 You are really telling me there are people who are not H1B at Fiserv?...
@kf It's against Fiservs code of conduct to speak in random languages out in public around colleagues. Report it to HR.
@n7 If the white people came from somewhere else and lowered everyone's quality of life by the existence of the contract they were on? Yes. There is nothing about color to consider also by the way.
Yeah, saying 'infested' suggests a deep prejudice. Would you use that term for a building of white people? Doubtful. Ain't the anonymous internet wonderful?
But I do agree that when an Indian person becomes a hiring manager they tend to hire their own. I've seen it firsthand. An Indian guy I worked with, nice guy, got promoted. Every one of his hires was another Indian person. Every one.
This is so true in Alpharetta. I can't join on water cooler talk because they speaking another language. They do not assimilate at all. I feel like I have to have Google translate on if I want to talk to anyone
@g3 Infested is a derogatory term. With that said, I'm in Coral and there's far more H1B than the prior year.
Mind you, some are longtime visa holders. One of my colleagues became a citizen (been here 10 yrs)
BH and Coral are infested
Ni offense. This is why the technology is scrappy and Fiserv has already lost.
Unfortunately what the OP said is true. The whole tribe is in Tech
@ab lol, good catch. Fvck this foreigner who has no idea how to write in English.
No American spells organization with an “s”. Stop trying to rage-bait and get a hobby loser.
Uncle Frank will protect Fiserv, he is going to need to go somewhere eventually and why not let Mike struggle for 2-3 years then have shareholders 'demand' he come back to right the ship and start the whole scheme over!
