Not sure why @mx is being downvoted - HR confirmed the meetings will be conducted by an HRBP and a “senior leader”, meaning mostly those already announced on the org chart. Front line supervisors won’t even sign the termination documents. Most supervisors are just as in the dark at the moment as their direct reports.
The list has been 99% finalized. Usually well in advance of any actual action. HR needs to know and prep #s for the federal reporting requirements.
But most supervisors do not officially know which of their direct reports will be laid off. The news is usually delivered by the boss of your boss.
By now, they have a good idea of who’s gone and who’s not. There might be some last minute adjustments but everything is basically ready to roll. Happy Halloween!

They about you, but don’t know if they still have position. IYKYK
They know who they selected to be jetisoned. Quantity dependent on team size and other factors.
So yes. They know who they recommended but, HR puts a compliance check…and, may add or remove based on IBM productivity reports, bath room visits, retirement fund contribution/availability, or general popularity…
Most do not.
Would depend who your supervisor is. Did your supervisor make the selections? Mine didn't. And read your emails... things aren't finalized.
