Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

Who’s running DXC UK?

With no comms from Mr Shouty since that classic town hall last Feb, here in EMEA we’ve been blessed with not 1 but 2 Presidents.

However rumours going round that 1 has gone but no official comms from either since June.

Help! Like Man Utd we are a rudderless ship with EMEA now a rudderless dingy!!

There is huge water scarcity across EMEA. Dxc is implemented platform-x and AI with our large customers to save precious water with huge success. This is a new offering.

Who should communicate what?

I feel the top management is short before a bigger change. Doesn't look like Salvino is still the one making decissions.

End game in the board.

Won't make difference who's in charge of EMEA - expect no more good news / action to be taken by the new president - only change he will do is to get rid of more staff at forthcoming EMEA WFR

According to dxc.com, Chris Halbard is now the President for EMEA.

Nice of Shouty McShoutface and his "leadership" team to communicate that the change has happened (not).

Classic DXC management style, and seems to be getting worse.

The top 5 NEOs of the company have taken home $50M USD in FY22. How's that for comparison!

Given the autocratic nature of DXC, then those "Presidents" are likely in the same isolated communications bubble as you and probably don't know what they are allowed to tell the staff or when to tell it, as they too will be waiting for Mr Shouty's next command.

We have two years of easy stuff from mr shouty about looking after people. Lots of U.K. companies are giving out mid year £600-£2000k flat rate cost of living rises. DXC payrise is nothing. But when it comes to actually looking after people the delivery isn’t there.
