Very much doubt anything is verified. But from a practical and historical pattern perspective, August 22 seems plausible.
In 2023, all hands Q2 review was August 7, and WARN notice posted August 24.

Fact check this mo--n. Look at Verizon that just concluded a voluntary separation program (they were looking for 15 % but got less than 10% so there's going to be a layoff) and AT&T thats doing the same for anyone not located in Dallas, TX. Companies change thier staffing to react to market and profit conditions. Lose market share, people gotta go. Have a service that not enough use to meet the budget projections ? People gotta go. Thats why its called a business and not a jobs program.
