Why is it Executive leader ship can’t give raises, but they can hire two more of their friends for VP positions we don’t need?

@mt
🤣 Joker of the day 😅
@e7 I'm sure she is really nice to her old Microsoft friends we all see it with her hires she came here talked a good game came out to a garage smile in our faces pretending to be one of us. Then turned around and did everything in power to get friends paid and don't forget about her inside trading. Don't tell me she didn't know about the AT&T deal before she bought 4 million shares of $1 stock. She is corrupt just like all CEO's
At what ??🤣😇😂
Every 1000 layoffs equal 1 new executive hire.
Lumen is shooting for 20,000 more layoffs to hire 20 more executives.
@ep
Lumen is not building for the last generation!!! Lumen is the "backbone" of next generation technology ONLY.
All other segments (green,orange,red) are nothing more than placeholder seats until the growing AI stigma wears off. Cannot have a bunch of AI replaced, disgruntled technology people adding to the stigma at this time. These "crumbs of knowledge" have been exposed in several ways, believe them. Don't get me wrong, there is way too much money involved to turn back and forced adoption is here, but the temporary placeholders will be the fallout in short order! Hopefully, most are seeing their temp status and getting things in order accordingly. Blessings for the soft landing
It’s called a golden parachute for a reason. These executives are not here long term; they will collect money and abandon ship. Any reasonably thinking person understands the following phrase: “If you take care of your tools, they will take care of you”.
Lumen is not taking care of their tools both literally and figuratively. Workers need raises, poor work ethic needs to be addressed and facilities need to be maintained. None of which Lumen is doing.
@ak I heard Kate is good people. Not being sarcastic im being real. I heard she is really good.
They do not care about us or our financial situations. No decisions will be made, with that in mind.
It the Kate Johnson way. Never hire anyone who can actually solve real issues the company is dealing with .. lets hire more friends as "storytellers" or some other made up position. I would bet a million dollars another "Brene" training is coming soon that will be required to line her pockets even further. Ask yourself this, do you see anyone else on Linkedin, or anywhere, promote and push in their profile that they are "Brene Brown trained "? I don't see it mentioned anywhere but from people from Lumen who think it will get them ahead in the organization.
